1. Who We Are
Execution Mind is an AI-powered productivity platform that helps you manage goals, tasks, focus time, statistics, and an AI assistant. This Policy applies to all users worldwide, except where local law requires different treatment.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
2.1 Account and identity information
When you register or sign in, we may collect:
- Email address
- Username (chosen by you or derived from your sign-in provider where applicable)
- Password (stored using industry-standard authentication practices; we do not store your password in plain text)
- Subscription or plan status (e.g., trial, paid tier, or account without an active plan)
- Activation or access codes, if you register using a code provided through our authorized channels
2.2 Sign in with Google
If you choose Continue with Google, we receive from Google (with your consent) basic profile information such as:
- Display name
- Email address
- Profile picture URL
We use this information to create and maintain your account and to show your profile in the Service (for example, in the navigation or profile area). Google’s use of your data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
2.3 Productivity and usage data you provide
To deliver the Service, we store content and activity you create or generate in the app, including for example:
- Tasks, descriptions, and status
- Goals and roadmap data
- Daily logs and focus session records
- Statistics derived from your activity (as shown in your dashboard)
- In-app notifications related to your account or activity
- Profile settings, including a profile image you upload or one linked from your sign-in provider
2.4 AI Assistant data
When you use the AI Assistant, we process:
- Your messages and prompts
- AI responses shown to you
- Chat session history (limited to what is needed to operate the Service, including a recent conversation context so replies stay coherent)
- Optional image attachments you submit with a message (supported image formats only, subject to plan limits on count and file size)
- Feedback you optionally provide on AI responses
- Credit wallet usage (credits consumed when you use AI features, tied to your account—not sold as personal data)
2.5 Smart Memory
Execution Mind may offer Smart Memory (or similarly named personalization) so the assistant can remember preferences and context you choose to share across sessions, to improve relevance without requiring you to repeat the same information.
- Memory is linked to your account and used only to provide and improve your experience within the Service.
- We do not use Smart Memory to build public profiles about you or to sell memory content to third parties.
- You should avoid entering passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive secrets into the AI chat or memory features.
2.6 Technical and security information
We and our infrastructure providers may automatically collect limited technical data necessary to secure and operate the Service, such as:
- Device and browser type, general region (derived from IP where applicable), and timestamps
- Authentication and session events
- Signals used to enforce account integrity (for example, preventing abuse of free trials or repeated misuse of promotional access)
We do not use this information for cross-site advertising profiles.
2.7 Web3 payments and blockchain data
When you pay for a subscription or Credit Store package via Web3, we collect and process:
- Your public wallet address connected during the payment flow
- Transaction hash(es) you submit or that we derive for verification
- The package or plan identifier associated with the payment
This information is linked to your user account ID to verify payment, activate or renew subscriptions, credit your wallet, prevent fraud, and enforce idempotency (preventing duplicate crediting from the same on-chain transaction).
We do not receive, request, or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
2.8 Private keys and seed phrases
Execution Mind never requests, collects, stores, or has access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. Wallet connection is limited to public address and transaction signing through your own wallet software.
We will never ask for this information via support, email, in-app chat, or any other channel. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.
2.9 Public nature of blockchain transactions
On-chain USDT transfers on BSC are publicly visible on blockchain explorers (for example, BscScan). Anyone with your wallet address or a transaction hash may view the amount, timestamp, and sender and receiver addresses involved.
Execution Mind cannot make blockchain records private or remove them from the public ledger after a transaction is confirmed.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, dashboard, goals, tasks, statistics, AI Assistant, credits).
- Authenticate you and protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Process your inputs through AI systems to generate responses and features you request.
- Operate Smart Memory and session context as described above.
- Communicate with you about verification codes, security, or important service notices (where applicable).
- Enforce our terms, plan limits, and trial eligibility rules.
- Verify Web3 payments and prevent payment fraud or duplicate crediting.
- Improve reliability and security of the Service (aggregated or de-identified analysis where possible).
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not use your private task, goal, or chat content to train public AI models for unrelated third parties unless we clearly tell you otherwise and obtain any consent required by law.
4. Legal Bases (where applicable)
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract: processing necessary to provide the Service you requested.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and improving the Service, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: where required (for example, optional features or marketing emails if we offer them separately).
- Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose information by law.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only in these circumstances:
| Recipient | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Secure third-party cloud infrastructure | Hosting, authentication, database storage, and related operations under contractual confidentiality and security obligations |
| AI and technology service providers | Processing your prompts and attachments to deliver AI features; subject to our instructions and applicable data protection terms |
| If you use Google sign-in, as governed by your relationship with Google | |
| Blockchain infrastructure and wallet connection providers | Wallet connection UI and payment verification via public blockchain data; we do not share private keys and these providers do not custody your funds on our behalf |
| Professional advisers | Legal, accounting, or compliance, under confidentiality |
| Law enforcement or regulators | When required by valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, and security |
We require service providers to use personal information only for the purposes we specify and to apply appropriate security measures.
6. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our cloud or AI providers operate. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for cross-border transfers.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.
When you delete your account or request deletion (where available), we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records for legal, security, or backup purposes for a limited time.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls so users can access only their own data, encrypted connections where standard for web services, and monitoring for abuse.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. We do not collect or store wallet private keys or seed phrases (see Section 2.8); you are solely responsible for securing your self-custodial wallet.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account or certain data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability (where applicable)
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based

You can also:
- Update profile information in the Service where the product allows
- Sign out and revoke Google access via your Google account settings if you use Google sign-in
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Service may link to third-party sites (for example, documentation or payment pages). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
12. Contact Us
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints:
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, in the Service or by email where appropriate). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy where permitted by law.
